There are some great resources for the kids and things to do with the little ones.

Some other places you can go with the kids on a rainy day:
Jumpin Monkey is on the side of the Lynnhaven Mall (near the Wendy's). It is a great bounce place for 9 and under.
Bounce House is a jumping place for kids, (usually a bit older) 5 ish to 10 maybe that is in the Janaf Shopping Center to the Right side of Walmart on Military Hwy in Norfolk.
Like festivals and events? Beside those at the beach, Norfolk has some good ones. Check out www.FestEvents.org for more details,
